The Talia shop is located at Prinsenstraat 12 in Amsterdam, in the canal belt and near the Jordaan neighbourhood. (The street is called Herenstraat and then Blauwburgwal when you go towards the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal and the Damrak, and is in between the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht.) We can prepare everything from starters, to pasta, risotto, meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, desserts and more! As we prepare all our dishes ourselves, we can mostly arrange to meet any special nutritional requirements you may have.
Talia catering is flexible; we go when and where you need us to be. We can work in and outside of Amsterdam and throughout the country. We can come to cook and serve directly on location, or deliver the food to your event.

At Talia, we only use the very best ingredients for our dishes. Imported specially from Italy,
often organic, and made by small-scale producers with a passion for what they produce, each one
of our ingredients is a genuine quality product. And we're not keeping them to ourselves! In
our shop, you will find wines, oils, balsamic vinegars, chocolates and pasta that are a step
beyond what you will find elsewhere.
All our food is prepared fresh every day. Hand made with a passion, following the unwritten secrets of Italian Cuisine and the receipes of our grandmothers. Genuine and fair is our creed, and it shows in every bite!
Talia's mission is to provide delicious food at a fair price. In our take-away deli in the Prinsenstraat you can find pizza and fingerfood, or come in for a cup of the best Italian espresso in town.
We also deliver catering for your event up to 2000 people. All our food is made with real Italian, hand-picked fresh ingredients. Talia food is always a healthy choice!
Besides the fresh and tasty food, we are a community centre for change-makers, artists and life-lovers. We regularly organise events in the cozy "living room" section of the shop. Our next event, on the 29th of April from 19:00, is a special edition of our regular CouchJam session. A unique QUEEN'S DAY EVE version, the best way to start celebrations with a drink, free fresh buffet and great music for only 6€! Come join us, bring your instrument, sing along, or just bang out the rhythm on something, as always it will be fun!
We believe in open sharing of skills, we believe that art and culture should be shared freely, we believe it is possible to start to build a new world this way.
As usual, the first drink is € 6, subsequent drinks € 3 and the food is free!
